Job Description :

- Find loads and dispatch your drivers.
- Count money and make the targets happen.
- Plan your routes and prebook loads.
- Speak to your driver in a propper way to make him feel like he's speacial.
- Keep your paperwork and workflow in order.
- Learn how to become better with us everyday and be satisfied.

Experience in logistics is required, 1 year+ preffered.
Proficiency in English at an intermediate level or above.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Proficient in using computers and related software.

What we offer:

- Schedule: 2:30 pm - 12:00 am
- Night and Morning Afterhours support
- Official salary
- 1.5% - 2% out of gross, depending on your skills
- 6-7 trucks guaranteed
- Work in new building office near to Sun City
- Trainings
