Your Responsibilities:

Efficiently manage multiple drivers and resolve issues as they arise
Act as the communication point between brokers and truck drivers
Handle customer calls, resolve queries, and address complaints
Work with transport management systems and dispatch software
Set expectations, gather information, and collaborate with other teams to meet goals

What We Expect:

Excellent communication skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure
Basic computer skills; experience with dispatch and trucking software is a plus
Strong customer service skills, including planning and order management
Ability to multitask, problem-solve, and stay detail-oriented in a fast-paced environment
Flexibility to work day shifts and occasional middle shifts as needed
Team-building mindset with a drive to succeed

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 15:00 to 00:00
