                Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Site Office Manager/Translator Interpreter to join our team. The Consultant will operate under the direction of the Team Leader at the Site office, assuming responsibility for a variety of administrative and translation tasks. This position demands exceptional communication skills, the ability to multitask, and a strong commitment to ensuring the efficient functioning of the office.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure adherence to proper procedures for incoming and outgoing correspondence, coordinating circulation among the project's staff (Key and Local).
- Type and/or translate project documents and correspondence.
- Maintain registers for incoming correspondence, outgoing correspondence, and other documents.
- Assist project staff in preparing and submitting their monthly timesheets to the main Branch office in Chisinau.
- Distribute the Day File.
- Prepare Minutes of Meetings and update the Meetings Table in the Filing System.
- Provide translation services as required.
- Assist in the preparation of the Monthly Report.
- Promptly inform the Team Leader of potential problems and risks.
- Arrange for procurement of stationery and other office consumables.
- Manage and control the office budget.
- Fully acquaint themselves with the contents of the IRD Internal Procedures.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in office management or administrative roles.
- Strong translation and interpretation skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and office management software.
- Ability to work under the direction of the Team Leader and report daily on office activities.
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage and coordinate multiple tasks effectively.
