About the role:
Your role as Sales Manager will be to engage and qualify leads while preparing you to step into additional responsibility. We have a very strong marketing arm, which means half your pipeline will be qualifying inbound leads from our website, and the other half you’ll generate through classic prospecting techniques.
Responsibilities:
Identify new sales opportunities and nurture existing client relations;
Setting sales quotas and goals;
Overseeing and directing the performance of the sales team;
Account-based sale activities such as sending quotes, negotiating sales prices and discounts;
Identifying emerging markets to find new sales opportunities;
Defining and executing territory sales plans;
Scheduling meetings with potential clients combined cold calls with sending emails, promotions,s and work on social networks, as well as my own research;
Interact with potential customers (C-suite/Directors) and present the product effectively;
Maintain a positive mindset irrespective of any challenging situations.

3+ years of enterprise sales experience;
SAAS customer experience;
Client prospecting experience;
Strong ability to engage with qualified leads over the phone;

A can-do, agile attitude is necessary to thrive in a scale-up environment;
Superior time management and communication skills;
A passion for sales.
