Dispatcher

Responsibilities:
- Find the most efficient and profitable loads for drivers.
- Negotiate terms for each load.
- Maintain close communication with drivers throughout their routes.
- Provide timely updates to customers during transit.
- Ensure all operations follow DOT safety standards.

Qualifications & Skills:
- Advanced proficiency in English (both written and spoken) is required.
- Experience in dispatching is an advantage, but not essential.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
